henyra provides advisory bridal-shopping consultations: guidance, planning, recommendations and honest opinions. We help you plan and decide.

We do not purchase, sell, source, negotiate, or ship goods on your behalf, and we do not act as an agent for any store or maker. Any purchase you make is a separate transaction directly between you and that store — we are not a party to it and are not responsible for the quality, price, delivery or conduct of any third-party seller.

Consultations are booked and paid for in advance through the website. Your slot is confirmed only once payment is received. Prices are shown on the Consultation page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Consultations are held over video call at the scheduled time, in your timezone. It is your responsibility to join at the agreed time with a working internet connection. Times are coordinated in IST and confirmed to you by email with a calendar invite.

Our consultations are provided in good faith and based on our experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make, for third-party sellers, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi, India.
