This policy explains what personal information henyra collects when you use this website or book a consultation, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount collected automatically:
- Details you submit — name, email, WhatsApp number, city/country, wedding timing, and anything you write in a message or booking form.
- Booking details — the consultation you chose, the slot, and payment status.
- Email sign-ups — your email address when you request the free guide or newsletter.
- Usage data — pages visited and basic interactions, collected to understand traffic. This is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver and improve the service, specifically to:
- Schedule, confirm and run your consultation, and send you a calendar invite.
- Send the guides, resources or newsletters you request.
- Respond to your questions over email or WhatsApp.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Payments
Consultation payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card / UPI details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We only store the booking record and the payment reference Razorpay returns. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the payment step.
We use Brevo to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, calendar invites) and any guides or newsletters you request. Your email address is shared with Brevo only for the purpose of delivering these messages. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link in the email.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@henyra.in and we'll action your request.
