Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel comfortable booking. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work for henyra consultations.
Rescheduling
Need a different time? You can reschedule a consultation at no charge if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled slot. Just reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp and we'll find a new time.
Cancellation by you
- Cancel 24+ hours before your slot: full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
- Cancel within 24 hours of your slot: the fee is non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you — but we'll do our best to reschedule once as a courtesy.
- No-show without notice: the fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we ever have to cancel or can't make your scheduled consultation, you'll be offered a new time or a full refund — your choice.
The Signature Partnership
The Signature Shopping Partnership begins with a Clarity Call. If you go ahead with a custom plan, the Clarity Call fee is credited towards your custom quotation. If you decide not to proceed, the Clarity Call was still delivered and its fee is non-refundable.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, email hello@henyra.in or message us on WhatsApp with your name and booking details. We aim to respond within one business day.
